My career began in the metal construction trade with a journeyman's apprenticeship. For more than 25 years, I have been involved in projects in all phases - from practical work at the workbench to construction management of complex structures.
Building on this practical experience, I have consistently expanded my qualifications: Master Metalworker, International Welding Specialist (IWS), International Welding Engineer (IWE) and Master of Engineering.
As part of my master's thesis, I investigated the influence of the quality of service descriptions in accordance with Section 7 VOB/A on the offer, award and execution from the contractor's perspective. Today, I use this knowledge in contract and tender review, tender analysis and supplementary contract management.
I also act as an examiner for special permits and exercise authorizations in accordance with Sections 8, 9 and 7a of the German Crafts Code (HwO). In this role, I assess the professional suitability of applicants who are seeking a special permit to practice the craft requiring a license in metal construction.
