Whether windows, doors, stairs or railings - metal constructions in trade and construction must not only be functional, but also safe and compliant with standards. As a publicly appointed and sworn expert for the metal construction trade, I inspect the quality, safety and execution of metal construction elements in new and existing buildings.
I assess constructions according to technical, technical and normative criteria (e.g. DIN EN 1090, DIN 18065, DIN 4108) and document defects in a court of law. Typical issues include leaks in windows, warped doors, corrosion damage or faulty weld seams on railings and balconies.
With my combination of master craftsman qualifications, engineering knowledge and decades of practical experience, I support building owners, planners and trade businesses in the assessment, rectification and quality assurance of metal construction work.
